These terms govern your use of Listr — the website, the Chrome extension, and the service behind them. By creating an account you agree to them.
Listr imports vehicle inventory from your dealership's website and helps you create, refresh, and remove Facebook Marketplace listings from your own browser. It acts only on your instruction and in your own logged-in sessions.
Listr is currently in open beta and free to use. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. After beta, continued use may require a paid subscription — we'll tell you clearly before anything starts costing money.
Keep your login credentials to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; teammates at the same dealership each create their own.
Import and post only inventory you are authorized to sell — your own dealership's vehicles. Keep your listings truthful and accurate: Listr fills fields from your website's data; you review and you publish. You are responsible for complying with Facebook's Terms of Service and Commerce Policies — Listr includes safeguards (you review before publishing, human-paced automation, automatic pause if Facebook objects), but your Facebook account is yours. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service.
You confirm you have the right to use the inventory data and photos on your dealership's website for marketing the vehicles. That content stays yours; you give us permission to process it to run the service.
Listr is provided "as is," especially during beta. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every website imports perfectly, that Facebook won't change something overnight, or that listings will sell cars. We work hard on all of the above anyway.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Listr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost sales, lost commissions, or actions taken by Facebook against your account. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months (during the free beta: $0).
You can stop using Listr and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Listr after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
